At Jespák, we offer exchange or replacement in the rare case of a genuine product issue. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear images or video. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. To maintain quality standards, returns and refunds are not offered.
