All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-volume periods or new launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Timeline
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays due to weather, courier issues, or regional restrictions may occur. Jespák is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Jespák is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours with supporting images or video so we can assist you.
